The Sri Lanka Athletics Committee organised the 103rd National Athletics Championship from 02 to 03 August 2025 at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium, Diyagama.
During the event, Sri Lanka Army athletes won a total of 67 medals, comprising 26 Gold Medals, 21 Silver Medals and 20 Bronze Medals by securing the overall Championship in the National Athletics Championship.
