A workshop to strengthen national security and raise awareness on bomb and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) threats was conducted by the 14 CBRNE Response Regiment on 29 July 2025.
The workshop was specifically tailored for the residential security staff of the One Galle Face Residence, recognizing their critical role as a security person.
This initiative aligns with the Clean Sri Lanka programme, aiming to empower civil society by enhancing public awareness and preparedness in the face of emerging security challenges.
The workshop was organised in line with a directive from the Ministry of Defence, under the guidance of the Commander of the Army and the supervision of the Chief Field Engineer and Engineer Division Headquarters.
