The 11 (V) Battalion of the Sinha Regiment, deployed under the 241 Infantry Brigade, conducted a school cleaning programme on 18 June 2025 under the guidance of the Commander Security Forces (East), Major General P. R. Pathiravithana USAWC psc and the close supervision of the General Officer Commanding the 24 Infantry Division.
This initiative was organized as part of the civil-military coordination activities and was aligned with the concept of the Brigade Commander. Similarly, the troops cleaned the premises of Mattikooli Tamil Primary School in Batticaloa.
