The 10th Army Inter-Regimental Handball Tournament, organized by the Sri Lanka Army Handball Committee for the 10th time, was held in an excellent manner from July 24-27, 2025, at the Army Indoor stadium at Panagoda, with the participation of 192 male and female players representing 12 regiments of the Sri Lanka Army.
The Inter-Regimental Handball final tournament was held on 27 July 2025, with Major General K.N.D Karunapala RSP ndu, Commanding Officer of the 56th Infantry Division, Colonel Commandant of Corps of Agriculture and Livestock and Chairman of the Army Handball Committee, participating as the Chief Guest, while Mr. Upali Rajapaksa, President of the Sri Lanka Handball Association graced as a Guest of Honour.
In the women's final, the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps team won the championship by scoring 26 points, while the Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps team secured the runner-up position with 14 points.
In the men's final, the Sri Lanka Army Sinha Regiment team won the championship by scoring 34 points, while the Sri Lanka Army Light Infantry Regiment team secured the tournament Runner-up position with 29 points.
Major General K.N.D Karunapala RSP ndu, Army Sports Director, and Mr. UpaliRajapaksa, President of the Sri Lanka Handball Association, presented trophies and certificates to the winners. A large number of Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks attended to witness this tournament.

• Best Player (Male): Corporal M.M.N.S. Adhikari of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment.
• Best Player (Female): Private S.A.S.M. Perera of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps.
• Best Goalkeeper (Male): Corporal M.W.A.P. Weerasinghe of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment.
• Best Goalkeeper (Female): Lance Corporal E.M.N.S. Bandara of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps.
