Staff Sergeant K.M.C.S. Kulasekara USP of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP) secured first place in the Drill Instructor Course No. 134.
In recognition of this hard-earned achievement, he was honoured with a cash award by Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army, during his visit to the Regimental Headquarters of SLCMP on 24 December 2025.
Major General B.G.S. Fernando USP Hdmc psc, Military Secretary of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel Commandant of the SLCMP and Major General A.M.R. Abeysinghe ndc, Provost Marshal of the Sri Lanka Army attended the event.
