14th Indo-Pacific Armies' Chiefs Conference (IPACC), the 49th Indo-Pacific Army Management Seminar (IPAMS) and the 11th Senior Enlisted Leaders Forum (SELF), were held from 23 to 26 September 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event co-hosted by the Malaysian Army and United States Army. Major General D.K.S.K Dolage USP nps psc, Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army attended IPACC as Head of Delegation representing the Commander of the Army. Brigadier T.M.S.J Thennakoon RSP and Lt Col M.A.K.R.K Abeywickramasinghe RWP RSP psc participated in IPAMS.
This year’s conference centres around the theme, “Forging Synergy: Transforming Multinational Land Power Networks through Open Fashion Contact” which underscores the vital importance of a shared commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific. The event provided regional land forces enduring platforms for dialogue, cooperation, and collective understanding among partner nations facing common security challenges. It brought together more than 190 participants from 25 countries, including 12 Army Chiefs and 13 Senior Military Leaders in the Indo-Pacific region.
On the side lines of the event, the Chief of Staff held bilateral discussions with several Army Chiefs and Senior Military Leaders of Indo – Pacific region enhancing military-to-military cooperation, strengthening military diplomacy.
