Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army, ceremonially opened the newly constructed All Ranks Holiday Bungalow of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police at Diyathalawa on 22 December 2025.

A 47-member Pakistan Army Rescue and Relief contingent, led by Major Muhammad Abdul Mannan, was formally appreciated by the Sri Lanka Army for its exemplary service during Cyclone Ditwah relief operations.

Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army, graced the distribution of stationery to students of the Defence Services Command and Staff College Course -20 (DSCSC–20) and the Logistics Staff Course - 12 (LSC–12) on 17 December 2025 at the Army Headquarters.

Major General H.P.I. Perera RWP RSP, Commander, Logistics Command, Security Force Headquarters (Jaffna) was invited to the office of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, on 17 December 2025, prior to his retirement from the Sri Lanka Army after a distinguished military career spanning over 34 years.

The Board of Directors of Air Travel Services (Pvt) Limited convened on 15 December 2025 at the Conference Hall, Directorate of Movement. Major General Y.A.B.M Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, Deputy Chief of Staff, presided the meeting as the Head of the Board of Directors.
