The Board of Directors of Air Travel Services (Pvt) Limited convened on 15 December 2025 at the Conference Hall, Directorate of Movement. Major General Y.A.B.M Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, Deputy Chief of Staff, presided the meeting as the Head of the Board of Directors.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed the company’s operational performance, financial matters and future plans. The Deputy Chief of Staff provided guidance on governance, accountability and service standards. Several key decisions were taken to further strengthen the company’s performance in alignment with its mandate.
