Panagoda Army Cantonment-based Overall Operations Command (OOC) headed by Major General Sathyapriya Liyanage was shifted to a new place in Colombo 3.

Accordingly, the new OOC Headquarters is established at No: 146, Colombo 3 for overall security operations conducted by tri-services and the Police.

OOC coordinate security in Colombo district and Puttlam district.

A brief religious ceremony invoked blessings for inauguration of the new office. |
