Lieutenant Commander Philippe Grussenmeyer, Deputy Defence Attaché (Navy) of Embassy of France on Tuesday (21) paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake at the Army Headquarters.

Both of them during the meeting discussed matters, pertaining to the current security concerns and other general issues. At the end of the interactive meeting, the Commander of the Army presented a memento to the visiting Deputy Defence Attaché.

Major General T.S Bansajaya, Director General Training, Colonel Vipula Ihalage, Brigade Commander, Special Forces and Colonel W.A.B.R Wijedasa, Colonel Training were also associated with the occasion. |
