Under the guidance of Brigadier L.R Wijeratne USP, Commander of the 223 Infantry Brigade, the troops of the Brigade conducted a school equipment donation programme on 21 December 2024 at Sinhapura Vidyawardena Vidyalaya, Mahadiwulwewa. The event, coordinated by Lieutenant Colonel L.B.S.U.K Liyanagedara psc, Commanding Officer of the 6 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, was sponsored by Mr. Prasanna Wijeratne, Director of VSIS Computer Institute.

A total of 134 students received essential educational resources through this initiative, which aimed to enhance their academic experience and provide better opportunities for their future.
