The 541 Infantry Brigade celebrated its 14th Anniversary on 10 September 2024 at the 541 Infantry Brigade premises amidst military formalities, under the guidance of Brigadier B.Y.C Fernando RWP USP, the Commander of 541 Infantry Brigade.

The anniversary celebrations commenced with a Guard Turnout presented to the Commander of the 541 Infantry Brigade.

Afterwards, the Commander of the 541 Infantry Brigade planted a sapling in the Brigade premises followed by the troop address. Then, all attendees participated in an all-ranks tea before taking the group photograph. The celebrations concluded with all Ranks get-together and lunch.

In line with the anniversary, the brigade also conducted several religious activities, a book donation programme and provided lunch for children from low-income families at MN/ Kalliaddi GTM. Additionally, a friendly cricket match was conducted.
