Major General M.S. Devapriya USP ndc, the General Officer Commanding of the 64 Infantry Division and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (SLAC), visited 6 (Reinforcement) SLAC on 8 September 2024.

Upon arrival, Colonel Commandant was welcomed in a Guard Turnout at the entrance. During the visit, he participated in a group photograph, planted a sapling, and addressed all ranks. Following his address, the Colonel Commandant joined lunch at the Officers' Mess.

The event concluded with the Colonel Commandant signing the visitors' book at the Officers' Mess.
