Major General I.A.N.B Perera RWP USP ndu psc, the Military Secretary and the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services, visited the 3, 5, 11 Engineer Services Regiments and Corps of Engineer Services Officer Commanding Troops on 11 and 12 August 2024.

Upon his arrival at each location, Colonel Commandant was greeted in a Drive Pass ceremony and warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officers and Officers Commanding. Senior Officers at each camp premises provided briefings on the unit's tasks, responsibilities, and recent achievements, emphasizing the critical role they play in military support.

The visit included group photographs, sapling planting ceremonies, and an address to the troops at each unit. Colonel Commandant concluded his visits by signing the Visitors' Books.
