Under the guidance of Major General S.W.M Fernando RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc, Commander of Security Forces (West), the Directorate of Legal Services, Human Rights, and Humanitarian Law organized a lecture at the Army Gymnasium, Panagoda on 16 August 2024.

Mr. K.S Harshan Perera (Attorney-at-Law), led the session addressing various topics including timely challenges, strategies to overcome challenges, the responsibility of Army personnel during election period and issues related to illegal drugs and activities.

The lecture was attended by 50 Officers and 1400 Other Ranks within the Army Cantonment Panagoda.
