Under the guidance of the Commanding Officer of the 2(V) Gemunu Watch, a Leadership Training Program was successfully conducted for students at Jinarathana Maha Vidyalaya in Galle on 24 July 2024.

The programme was held at the school premises with the participation of 148 students. The session featured interactive modules on leadership qualities, teamwork, and effective communication. Practical exercises were designed to encourage students to take initiative, collaborate on problem-solving, and develop strategic thinking skills.
