Under the instructions of Major General J.P.C Peiris RWP RSP ndc, Commander, Security Forces -Wanni, the troops of 56 Infantry Division, organized a Cinnamon cultivation programme at Parasankulam on 04 August 2024.

Commander, Security Forces -Wanni graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and distributed 6392 cinnamon saplings among 34 villagers with the aim of upgrading economy, introducing and spreading the cultivation in North of Vavuniya region.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Rankers participated for the event.
