Deputy High Commissioner of the British High Commission in Sri Lanka, Mr. Tom Burn paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake on Friday (31) at the Army Headquarters.

During the cordial discussion that followed, the Commander and the Deputy British High Commissioner touched on matters of bilateral importance and mutual relevance.

Defence Attaché of the British High Commission for Sri Lanka and India, Group Captain Frazer Nicholson was also present at the occasion.

Exchange of mementos brought the brief meeting to end.
