The certificate-awarding ceremony of the 'Leadership and Career Development Course-No 43 ' at Combat Training School (CTS) in Ampara got underway on Saturday (18 March) in the presence of Colonel Shamal De Silva, Commanding Officer at CTS.

Representing all Regiments of the Army, 61 Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) followed the one-month long course.

Sergeant I.K.M.S.S Ilangasinghe of 1 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police was awarded as the Best Student in the course.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of CTS participated in the event.
