The Officers and Other Ranks serving under the 61 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-West in Boossa on Wednesday (22 Feb) listened to a lecture on ‘A Contended and Brave Soldier’, delivered by Lieutenant Colonel R.M.H.P.K. Rathnayeke, General Staff Officer 1, Directorate of Psychological Operations together with Lieutenant Colonel E.A.A.S Chaminda, Chief Editor of Ranaviruwa Magazine and Major H.M.S.H Bandara, General Staff Officer 2 (Intelligence), Directorate of Psychological Operations at the Sri Lanka Light Infantry Training School, Boossa.

This lecture session has been organized by the 61 Infantry Division in coordination with the Directorate of Psychological Operations and the Security Force HQ -West under the guidance of Major General Udaya Herath, General Officer Commanding, 61 Infantry Division.

A total number of 19 Officers and 285 Other Ranks, including the General Officer Commanding, 61 Infantry Division listened to the lecture sessions.
