On account of the annual Vesak festival, a ‘Seela Samadhi’ programme got underway at Ranaviru Sevana Rehabilitation Centre in Hekitta, Wattala on Friday (05 May) with a view to uplifting the spiritual values among resident War Heroes.

The Commandant, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks joined the arrangement.
