More than 3500 civilians in and around Nagarawewa, Hambantota enjoyed free rice and curry, provided by 12 Infantry Division troops near its HQ on account of the ‘Poson’ Poya day (3 June).

It was organized under the guidelines given by the General Officer Commanding, 12 Infantry Division.

Meanwhile, 12 Division troops provided assistance to the ‘Poson’ zone, organized by the Hambanthota Ranna Businessmen’s Association at Hambanthota Ranna town during 3-5 June.
