In response to a request made by Mattegoda Vidyadeepa Maha Vidyalaya, Army personnel of the 15 Drone Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery under the 142 Infantry Brigade of the 14 Infantry Division extended their support for training of students for the sportsmeet parade during 20-22 February.

Accordingly, as directed by the Commander, Security Forces - West (SF-West) and the General Officer Commanding, 14 Infantry Division, Army troops under the supervision of the Commander, 142 Infantry Brigade, prepared them for ground formalities and gave them training in marching, etc required for the parade and saluting.
