Security Forces Headquarters (West) organised a psychology lecture at the 4 Sri Lanka Artillery Lecture Hall with the participation of 12 Officers and 137 Other Ranks. The session was conducted by Major M.H.M.S Bandara Lsc.

The lecture covered diverse topics, including work-life balance, financial management, life after retirement, and family life.
