The closed High Level road patched between Kaluaggala - Awissawella was re-opened for traffic a short while ago after the troops and the Police endorsed the safety of motorists and pedestrians. 

The road patch was kept closed for traffic since Sunday (5) evening after a damaging fire at Salawa Army Camp broke out.
