The Inter Regiment Golf Tournament - 2022, organized by Sri Lanka Army Golf Club kicked off during 16 - 17 September at Colonial Buitt Golf Court in Diyatalawa with the participation of 67 players representing 12 Regiments of the Army.

At the invitation of Major General Lasantha Rodrigo, Chairman, Sri Lanka Army Golf Club, Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku, Chief of Staff attended the awarding ceremony as the Chief Guest.

The championship of men’s category was won by Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) golfers while the runner-up place went to golfers in the Gemunu Watch (GW). In the women’s category, Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps and Sri Lanka Engineers (SLE) teams secured the championship and the runner-up slot respectively.

Senior officers, officers and other ranks participated in the awarding ceremony.
