Talagala Sri Siddhartha Foundation of Ven Talagala Sumanaratana Nayake Thero and Tan Nagak & Kee Meng Leng Foundation Limited (Singapore), together with Kalutara Shasanarakshaka Balamandalaya and Royal College Old Boys' East Coast Foundation in the US jointly donated dry ration packs for 1500 low income families in Muthiyankaddu area and a stock of 400 packs in Oddusudan on 21 June 2022 through the coordination, done by the Security Force HQ-Mullaittivu and the 64 Division HQ.

Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe, Commander, Security Forces-Mullaittivu joined the distribution of those relief packs at the request of the donors.

Distribution arrangements were organized by troops of the 64 Division and the 641 Brigade under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding, 64 Division, Major General Upul Weerakoon Selection of deserving families was coordinated by respective Grama Seva officials and Divisional Secretariat officials in collaboration with the SFHQ-MLT.

Few Senior Officers, state officials, Officers and Other Ranks joined the distribution project.
