Troops of 12 Sri Lanka Light Infantry and 14 Sri Lanka Singha Regiment together with employees at Avolon Private Limited conducted a Shramadana campaign to clean the Kannaki Amman Kovil premises in Wattapalalei.

This Shramadana campaign was conducted under the direction of the Commander, Security Forces Mullaittivu and General Officer Commanding 59 Division by Brigadier Sujeewa Perera, Commander 591 Brigade.

Few civilians of the area also joined their hands with Army troops by adhering to health guidelines and regulations.
