10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) troops serving the 652 Brigade of the Security Force Headquarters - Naddankandal carried out a publicity campaign using posters and public address systems in order to educate villagers in Naddankandal areas on COVID-19 epidemic, its transmission and necessary preventive measures on Saturday ( 1 ).

Directed by the Commander Brigadier Udaya Harath, troops went into remote interior areas and conducted the awareness programme. Officers and Other Ranks supported the project.
