Major General Indrajith Kandanaarchchi, Director General at Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock of the Army and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SLASC) as the Chief Guest laid the foundation-stone for construction of the proposed Holiday Bungalow of the SLASC Ex-servicemen’s Association at Katargama sacred city on Monday (28).

Amid religious observances, Chairman of the SLASC Ex-Servicemen’s Association invited the Chief Guest to lay the corner-stone for the construction. The brief ceremony followed health guidelines.

Few senior members of the SLASC Ex-servicemen’s Association were also present at the location. |
