24 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment troops of the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu conducted a Shramadana campaign to clean the Alampil South Family Clinic under the guidance of the 591 Brigade Commander on 11 December 2020.

Few civilians of the area also joined the troops. |
