9 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) troops of the 681 Brigade in the 68 Division of the Security Force HQ-MLT disinfected the Udayarkattu Maha Vidyalaya and its premises on Saturday (7) where the G.C. E (A/L) examination was held.

Major General Upali Rajapakshe, General Officer Commanding, 68 Division with the blessings of Major General Jagath Rathnayake, Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu instructed the troops to carry out the project.

The principal, teachers and parents of school students also joined their hands with the troops for this community-oriented job.

Colonel Nalin Hettiarachchi, 681 Brigade Commander closely supervised the project with Major P.D.L Alwis, Commanding Officers of the 9 SLNG who took part in the arrangement. |
