The Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps Major General Prathap Tillekerathne on the eve of his retirement graced the unveiling of the T-55 tank replica (MBT of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps) at the main entrance of Home of Armour at Rock House on Thursday (5).

It was an attempt to showcase the Armour identity and the event followed COVID 19 safety regulations.

Major General Samantha Silva, Brigadier Athula Ariyarathne, Brigadier Tharaka Rathnasekara - Commander Armoured Brigade, together with the Centre Commandant Regimental Centre, Brigadier Sumith Devapriya and few Senior Officers/Officers participated in the unveiling of the replica. |
