The newly-appointed Commandant, Ranaviru Apparels, Brigadier Azad Izadeen assumed duties as the 6th Commandant, Ranaviru Apparels on Thursday (29th October) at the Ranaviru Apparels (RVAPL) factory in Yakkala.

He was honored by RVAPL Troops on arrival in a colorful Guard Turnout in accordance with military traditions before he signed an official document to symbolize the assumption of duties.

The newly-appointed Commandant Brigadier Azad Izadeen succeeded Major General Shantha Rajakaruna who retired recently.

Brigadier Azad Izadeen, prior to this new appointment served as the Inspector of Training (IOT) at the Headquarters National Cadet Corps at Pamankada. |
