Troops of the 54 Division in Mannar on information provided by Military Intelligence Corps (MIC) apprehended 8 kgs of Kerala Cannabis during a search in the general area of Kondachchikuda in Mannar on Sunday (1).

The value of the stock thus detected exceeds Rs 2.4 million at market price. The stock was to be handed over to the Police.
