Major General Lakshman Fernando, Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (SLAOC) and Commander Forward Maintenance Area - North recently made customary visits to its under command establishments.

During these visits, he covered Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps Training School at Dombagoda, Clothing Depot at Veyangoda, Central Arms and Ammunition Dump, 1 SLAOC HQ at Panagoda, 5 SLAOC, 6 SLAOC, 7 SLAOC, 4 (Volunteer) SLAOC camps at respective places.

He also unveiled a plaque and opened the newly-constructed scoreboard in the SLAOC cricket ground.

Senior officers, officers and several Other Ranks joined those visits. |
