Security Forces Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ-J), endeavouring to uplift the standards of training programmes, meant for under command troops, organized a lecture on 'Human Rights & International Humanitarian Law' in order to educate their Officers and Other Ranks serving in Jaffna peninsula on Wednesday (16).

Guidance to this effect was given by the Commander Security Forces – Jaffna, Major General Senarath Bandara and it was held at the SFHQ-J auditorium. Captain I Ekanayake, enlightened more than one hundred military personnel present on the occasion.

Senior Staff Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were also present at the programme. |
