Brigadier Nishantha Manage, the newly-appointed General Officer Commanding (GOC), 53 Division visited Jayashri Maha Bodhiya, Ruwanweli Mahaseya and Mirisawetiya sacred places at Anuradhapura and received blessings on Tuesday (15).

The GOC called on chief incumbents of those temples and received their guidance and ‘Anushashana’ (advice) in keeping with age-old traditions. Few Senior Officers of the Division were also associated with the visit. |
