The Forward Maintenance Area HQ - East at Minneriya on Monday (14) commemorated its 26th Anniversary in a combined ceremony of religious and military formalities.

In parallel to the anniversary events, FMA (East) organized a cleaning programme on Wednesday (9) at Minneriya Ayurveda Hospital and a Bodhi Puja Pinkama was held at Somawathiya temple on Monday (14).

To mark this special day, a Guard Turnout was accorded to the Commander, FMA - East, Brigadier Athula Ariyarathne on his arrival and it was followed by tree planting and an all rank lunch. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were associated with the programmes. |
