1 Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps (SLAGSC) squadron troops at Ella-Kantale for the benefit of passengers erected a new bus shelter near the Suriyapura junction in Kantale and vested it in civilians during a brief ceremony on Tuesday (18).

Lieutenant Colonel C. S Demuni, Commanding Officer 1 SLAGSC opened it, together with a few officers and other ranks who erected it.

On the same day, during his battalion visit, he opened a new saloon unit too for the benefit of Other Ranks.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks too were present for the occasion. |
