Major General D.G.S Senerath Yapa, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 57 Division delivered a lecture on 'Leadership & Motivation' workshop on Wednesday (12).

The GOC - 57 Division conducted the workshop with the aim of introducing innovative approaches to groom the soldiers with discipline, integrity and develop their attitudes in order to improve working efficiency towards and in the organization.

The techniques of handling/ managing situations and enhancing the thinking capacity of the soldiers were deeply discussed during the workshop and practical sessions. The Colonel General Staff, Colonel Administrative and Quartering of 57 Division, all staff officers and Other Ranks of 57 Division too participated in the workshop. |
