The new Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu, Major General Jagath Rathnayake after assumption of duties in his new office visited the 64 Division HQ at Oddusudan on Wednesday (22).

A drive-past Guard Turn Out greeted him on arrival at the HQ and he was later on conducted to address the troops. Afterwards, he left memories in the premises by planting a sapling and joining an all rank tea arrangement.
