Sri Lankan Airlines Flight UL 1218 this morning (27) brought down one more batch of 272 Sri Lankan expatriates from Doha-Qatar to Colombo on a directive given by HE the President, according to the National Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

They all were referred to Quarantine Centres after medical examinations.

Those expatriates have remained stranded in Doha-Qatar for some time due to prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. |
