Garrison Engineers' office of the Security Force HQ-Central in Diyatalawa recently innovated a new disinfection chamber for use in Quarantine Centres on a proposal made by Major General Keerthi Costa, Commander Security Forces - Central.

Technicians in the Garrison Engineers' office joined together and innovated this product at a very low cost considering prevailing COVID-19 danger in the country.

This chamber is expected to be installed in an Army-managed Quarantine Centre for disinfection of medical officers. |
