Major General H.M.T.B Hangilipola, the newly-appointed General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 14 Division under the Security Force HQ-West assumed duties on Thursday (23) at the 14 Division Headquarters of the Security Force Headquarters - West (SFHQ- West) in Colombo.

Amid ‘Seth Pirith’ chanting, he signed an official document and symbolized the acceptance of his new office before he addressed all ranks serving the 14 Division following health guidelines.

Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers, Officers and Other Ranks serving under the 14 Division were witnessed the occasion. |
