Major General Rohith Darmasiri, Commander Security Forces - Wanni was among those present at Mirisawetiya Rajamaha Viharaya premises on Thursday (23) during a free distribution of dry ration packs among monks residing in far remote temples in the Anuradhapura region.

The chief incumbent, Ven Eethalawetunuwewa Gnanathilaka Thero of the Mirisawetiya Rajamaha Viharaya sponsored the distribution of this donation. Along with the GOC of the 21 Division in Anuradhapura, Major General Vikum Liyanage, the visiting Wanni Commander joined the distribution of those relief packs.
