Brigadier C.D Ranasinghe, the newly-appointed Commandant of the Infantry Training Centre (ITC) at Minneriya, assumed office during a charming ceremony, held at the ITC Commandant’s office on Monday (20).

Brigadier Ranasighe, 38th Commandant signed an official document to signify the acceptance of the new office and symbolized the occasion.

Staff officers of the ITC and few other ranks attended the occasion. |
