Brigadier Shantha Ranaweera of Gajaba Regiment (GR), the newly-appointed Commandant at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL) at Molkawa, Kukuleganga assumed office on Wednesday (8) as the 14th IPSOTSL Commandant during a brief ceremony.

A simple religious ceremony blessed the new office before the new Commandant left his signature for an official document to signify the acceptance of his new appointment.

After a while he formally addressed staff officers at the IPSOTSL. |
