Colonel W.A.N.S Perera assumed office as the Commander 223 Brigade in Kattaparichchan-Mutur on Monday (2).

The newly-appointed Brigade Commander left his signature in an official document and symbolized the acceptance of his new office amidst 'Pirith' chanting of the Maha Sangha.
