Brigadier A.L Illangakoon took over office as the 12th Director, Directorate of Provost during a simple ceremony at the Army Headquarters on Wednesday (5).

Amid religious observances, he placed his signature symbolically for a document and accepted the new appointment.

Officers and Other Ranks of the Directorate of Provost at the Army Headquarters were present during the occasion. Before this appointment, he served as the Centre Commandant of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police. |
